Thanks to everyone who came along for my very first session hosting Natasha Swan Ceramics 'Clay Club'! We had a great evening at the Island Arts Centre in Lisburn exploring some beginners methods in ceramics.
Throughout the evening we explored making on the potters wheel alongside hand building with rolled slabs of clay. Each method requires different techniques and strengths but 'Clay Club' provides a great opportunity to try out each area.
We had 12 people in our class from all ages and backgrounds showing that ceramics is a versatile and enjoyable material for all.
Thanks again for every one who came along and made our first evening so memorable and good fun, and well done on making all of your master pieces as well, YAY!
