Choose a single birth flower or combine multiple flowers to represent your family, friends or loved ones. You can also add names to the back for an extra personal touch.

In the note section before paying, please tell me your flower combination and add in any wording you want included. There is room for maximum 3 words, one below another, 10 characters in length each.

ie- “January, May, April flowers on the front and ‘Nanny’ in the back” ect.
