Mostly Brown Ghosts 👻🤎
Mostly Brown Ghosts 👻🤎
Ghost Oddities- brown edition 👻🤎
These were the very first mugs I made with this glaze combination — and, well… the glaze had other ideas!
Instead of developing the iridescent, mottled finish I was hoping for, these little ghosts came out mostly brown. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them — they’re fully functional, beautifully handmade stoneware mugs — they just didn’t turn out quite how I had envisioned.
So rather than letting them sit on the shelf, I thought they deserved a little home of their own as Ghost Oddities. Each one is unique, and they’re a lovely little piece of the trial-and-error that comes with handmade ceramics.
Details:
- Approx. 300ml capacity
- Approx. 9 × 9cm
- Handmade stoneware
- Dishwasher safe
- Microwave safe
- Mostly brown with subtle variations in the glaze

Please note that these mugs are being sold as Ghost Oddities because the glaze finish differs from the intended iridescent, mottled effect shown on the standard version. They are otherwise fully functional and ready to be loved. 👻

Extra care needs to be taken if your pottery has gold lustre, these pieces shouldn’t be put into the dishwasher or microwave to protect the precious metal.
